LEOPARD PRINT TASER joins the KNIFE HITS family, announces 'EXISTENTIAL BATHROOM GRAFFITI' LP

We’re very stoked to add another band to the KNIFE HITS roster with longtime friends and earworm punk masters LEOPARD PRINT TASER. The Boston band comes out swinging with the announcement of their new album ‘EXISTENTIAL BATHROOM GRAFFITI’.

We’re extremely pleased to have the album featured here on KNIFE HITS, and the band leads with the single Esta Festa Me Molesta, which you can stream and follow up with a preorder right HERE.

The new LP drops August 18th and features 11 new tracks and covers ground from swirling dream pop, to punk driven poppy rippers influenced by fellow Mass bands Pixies and Dinosaur Jr, to experimental noised out pop sensible tracks that touch on Sonic Youth’s NYC influence.

The release is limited to digital and cassette only (for now), and cassettes are limited to 50 yellow / 50 purple and will go fast.

Following two well received EPs, Leopard Print Taser find themselves more exploratory and risk taking on their debut full length “Existential Bathroom Graffiti”.

They still hold onto to their blend of noisy art rock and dreamy post punk, but also venture into new waters touching on fast punk driven rippers akin to Dinosaur Jr and then swelling into noisy Sonic Youth style hooks.

Formed by Boston music industry Vets in 2017, LPT have toured quite a bit for a band that has spent half their existence sidelined by a pandemic, and have shared the stage with greats such as Amyl and the Sniffers, Tacocat, Swearin, and Empath.
